Monday, December 11, 2023 - Deep and round. Yellow apples, pear, baked lemon, orange, honey, mango, wax, petroleum, minerals and smoke. Deep yellow coloure with sweet fruit and round acidaty to match from the start, with an almost oily medium+ long finish. Super interesring and pared nicely with norwagian christmas food " ribbe".
