Sunday, June 14, 2015 - Green-yellow in color, like the edge of a granny smith apple. Classic Alto-Adige nose, minerality with light flowers and a simple tropical fruit. Taste is a touch watery and thin, but crisp, pears, lots of acids. Finish is mild and short. It's OK, but this does much better with time. Wait a year or so.
