Saturday, October 26, 2019 - La borne by Wittmann is no doubt a great sample of the greatest Morstein terroir.
The auction only wines are the most concentrate and intense Wittmann wine. Has the power of Morstein and the steely stony texture from high hill top. Powerful, structured with restriction.
14 is more opening at this stage, compared with 13 and 15, it’s more floral on nose with higher residual sugar.
