Friday, April 25, 2014 - An elegant nose of blackberry, leather, licorice, toasty oak, vanilla and a bit of an earthy herbal note which lead way to a silky full bodied palate that is very berry and black truffle driven with a long mouthcoating finish. The wine is still quite youthful but I think in time it will surprise to the upside.
