Tuesday, December 25, 2018 - Intense and full bodied. Dark plums / fruits, cherries, broody with peppers and bitterness. Needs decanting and it developed extraordinarily into a luscious, spicy, complex offering. Ok to drink now but got a feeling it’s peak has yet to come.
