Sunday, January 10, 2021 - Medium red color. Aromas of sour cherries, strawberries, leather and wood spices. Highly structured, medium-bodied fruit in the mouth with very good depth and length. Juicy and persistent on the palate. While delicious with my wife’s outstanding pork tenderloin, not a great value.
