Monday, February 20, 2017 - Light straw and opalescent in the glass. Melted candle wax, honey and ripe red apple on the nose fading to rosewater and beeswax. Mild sweetness on the front palate with a rich oily mouthfeel. Mid-palate is missing acidity and complexity. Overall decent but nothing I'd come back to.
