Monday, July 6, 2015 - This is really pretty good. There is some depth and character behind the upfront maraschino cherry fruit. Dark but not terribly opaque. The nose is cherry with charcoal and wet red clay. Probably a bit of artificial wood treatment. Nice grip of tannin on the roof of the mouth. A little rustic with a nice cherry finish.
