Sunday, February 25, 2024 - Very Pinot-like nose that reminded strongly of a high quality CA Pinot Noir. Fragrant red cherries, floral notes, violets, a bit of oak, spices, and darker berry notes. Good acidity on the palate with cherries, berries and lots of other fruit flavors, a bit more spices, forest notes, and a hint of oak. Good finish. This was a very nice wine. A bit bolder and fruitier than what I usually enjoy, but it's balanced and well done.
