Thursday, July 2, 2015 - Domaine Dublere Cellar Visit and Tasting (Savigny-les-Beaune): Barrel tasting at the domaine. Subtle floral start. Apple with some lemon and lemon zest. More about minerality and overall textures. I like this a lot, and this it showcases the character of Chassagne from the top of the slope perfectly.
