Saturday, June 6, 2015 - Brought by Ashley as warm up to 89 Haut Brion dinner. Great way to start off the evening. Among the best sparklers I've ever had. Had a hint of sweetness but not at all out of balance. Long finish, love to let this linger in the mouth. Much better than other prestige cuvees (Dom, Cristal, etc.).
