Sunday, January 28, 2024 - Golden color, lush tropical nose with butterscotch. Wonderful mouth feel and viscosity, figs, butterscotch, and a little oak/ lemon zest on the finish. Very enjoyable with scallops in papiotte with slivered carrots, scallions and beurre blanc sauce. Glad I have one more bottle of this!
