Monday, November 2, 2020 - Wine is entering a nice place. Bought on release and cellared. Took it to a new french place here in HK and the sommelier sneered at it to a certain extent but at the price point I think it would be hard to beat.

It as initially subdued on the nose but I didn't open it prior having forgotten. After 45 minutes it was perfect. Not heavy at all and the fruit and tannins balanced.
