Saturday, February 4, 2012 - Fill into neck. Perfect capsule and cork. Allowed to breathe in glass for 30 minutes before tasting. Hazy garnet-blood-brick red. Aromas and flavors of faded, dusty, jammy black fruit and spicy oak, with notes of shoe polish. Drying tannins. Still enjoyable 24 hours later under vacuum stopper.
