Sunday, December 1, 2019 - Medium body, bright ruby color with brick rims. Impressive red fruits, flowers, tobacco and mushrooms aroma complements by cherry, wild strawberry and tar notes palate, long liquorice finish. Solid but elegant and velvety, complex and well balanced, lovely berries acidity and ripe tannins. Food friendly, best match is risotto with truffles. Serve 17º - 20º. Open at least one hour ahead. Well developed, drink now and next 6/8 years.
