Tuesday, November 28, 2023 - Completely shut down since our last tasting almost two years ago. We found this muted and almost impenetrable even after 3+ hours in the decanter. Was better with food. Good structure so should be more accessible after this shut-down phase. Drink 2025-2032. Technical score: 91. Enjoyment score: 89.
