Saturday, January 2, 2016 - Taste of Tasmania 15/16 (Hobart, Tasmania): {screwcap, 12.5%, A$33} Lime and lemon nose. A bone-dry, high-acid effort, very tart at this young age. Citrus flavours are framed by a powdery, talc-like softness. The finish fades surprisingly fast, despite the medium-bodied weight of the flavours. Odd sort of a wine; maybe time will help.
