Saturday, January 30, 2016 - Bought on release and stored in a 54 degree cellar. Color is right between gold and amber. Not especially intense, but what is there is very nice. Still has good apple fruit and there's a sweet spice element I can't quite put my finger on. Maybe allspice? Still drinking very nicely.
