Tuesday, August 21, 2018 - Gone way downhill since my last bottle 15 months ago. Now it takes acidic and bitter. Recorded with Wine preserver and tried again on two subsequent nights and it didn’t get any better. Past ita prime, I’d say. Glad I got to try it when it was better.
