Sunday, July 15, 2018 - Opened and let breathe in bottle for 20 minutes or so. Aromas of cocoa and raspberry along with some peat smoke. Fruit forward on the palate, but not obnoxiously so. Got better and better as it opened up. Enjoyed with a bone in ribeye at Abe & Louie’s in Boston.
