Wednesday, August 28, 2019 - Heitz Cellar 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon
On the nose, hints of brown sugar, licorice, mint, baking spice.
On the palate, lots of black fruit, candied fruit, stewed fruit, some brown sugar, elegant and some sweetness, smooth overall. A delicious Napa that got better after some time with that brown sugar notes.
