Saturday, December 7, 2019 - The common American napa style of Cabernet, but still holding on to a refined and not overoakrd style.

3 hours in decanter to really open up, but it showed nice soft fresh fruits (lots of blackberry, dark cherry), baking spice, cedar and gentle briary notes in the back. Plenty of tannin and acidity to make this baby last. Keep for another 5 to 10 for sure.
