Thursday, July 18, 2019 - I decanted this for 2 hours. We paired this with blue cheese/bacon stuffed mushroom caps for starters. Then grilled halibut with a honey/lemon/soy glaze. Our guests were wowed to saythe least. This wine is not as powerful as others from this vineyard, but still outstanding!!! The cool ocean nights give it a softer mouth feel.
