Thursday, December 25, 2014 - Golden color with an effusive nose of honeycomb, a bit of yeast, and anjou pears. On the palate this is delicate but delivers the goods. Well balanced sweet and acidity with solid complexity. Not the most concentrated Sauternes yet still young and good enough to amaze you. 92-93
