Saturday, April 25, 2020 - This wine started out as insipid as tap water, but underwent an astonishing transformation after day 3 of being opened in the refrigerator. The wine suddenly took on a darker yellow and become impressively aromatic, sweetly spicy, pleasantly textured, and surprisingly acidic. The moral to take to heart is to patiently give a wine that started out tasting poorly the opportunity to become enjoyable by retasting it for days later.
