Monday, December 10, 2007 - I tasted this bottle five days after it was opened - it had been gassed to preserve. It was prototypical Aussie - loads of creamy, jammy fruit - blueberry, wild strawberry, blackberry! Silky on the palate - I don't love this wine because it doesn't have unique character... but it is a fine bottle of wine if you like Shiraz.
