Friday, December 25, 2020 - Very well made Australian shiraz - not used to taste 15 year old Australian wine, that also improves as well as last.

Still black dark colour. Initially quite a lot of barnyard blew away after 0,5 hour and on day two leftover.

Smoth and sweet as well as very round taste, that is very long with some leather and green pepper notes. Delightful, controlled and sweet wine with plenty of power behind.
