Monday, December 25, 2017 - From a pristine bottle, this wine had a yellow center and clear rims. The medium intensity nose put forth wax, fennel, lemon, apple, and some soil.

In the mouth, this wine was ripe with nice acidity lurking under the glycerine. It was a bit watery at first but firmed up nicely with air to have very good length.

While I still do not find the nose of Fevre’s wines to be particularly attractive, overall, this was still fun to drink. It was in the zone and will last for 5-10 years. Enjoy!
