Thursday, September 22, 2022 - Decanted four hours, low 60’s.
Deliciously smooth tannins, dark berries with a touch of sage and eucalyptus on finish. Beautifully balanced, long finish.
Five years since tasting at cellar door, good for another five years before next bottle
