Sunday, May 1, 2016 - The nose was stunning, showing wet stone, minerals, peach skins and an intense mix of crushed flowers. On the palate, it turned more to finesse, as minerals and white stone fruits washed effortlessly across the senses. The finish was long and floral with a hint of tart green apple and sour tropical fruit. This is possibly too young for ideal enjoyment today, but it has certainly peaked my interests.
