Sunday, July 8, 2018 - Southern Hemisphere Wines (Jason's House): Slow o'd a couple hours. The nose is fairly rich Aussie shiraz. The palate is austere and thin. I am left thinking that this wine is either in a dumb phase right now or this wine is a lean representation of shiraz.

7/9/2018 5:21:00 PM - It might be a bit young still. From what i've read it's a long term wine so hopefully mine will develop over the years. I might open mine in about 10-15.
