Friday, March 19, 2010 - DoktaP Makes a House Call (La La vs. SQN) (Nonna Maria's - North Palm Beach, FL): Fresh, lively and youthful with primarily green apple fruit and a little lemon zest, yet with a creamy, rich mouthfeel and texture that gives it full body. A style I like in that it is a fairly big Champagne, but still has a brightness that I enjoy.
