Friday, December 21, 2018 - Like a big, warm hug, and very drinkable- not overly hot and definitely not jammy. Big fruitcake character with kirsch, plum, dates... plus a nice helping of black licorice and other lightly herbal notes to balance out the soft, sweet fruit. Surprisingly not as nice day 2 though, got a little too much oxygen for some reason.
