Saturday, November 30, 2013 - Since I'm more into wine like champagnes I fully enjoy this pure expression of chardonnay.
The bouquet comes with pear, hazelnuts and some brioche. The palate shows a razor sharp acidity and therefore good structure. Overall the wine is medium bodied and it should be interesting to see it develop for a couple years.
