Sunday, November 15, 2015 - Lemons fill the nose, backed by a touch of apples and just a ghost of something suggesting richness. The lemons show themselves on the palate, but a touch of oak moderates and mellows the intensity of the lemon flavors. Crisp young apples show up later, bringing a little more round texture to keep things in balance. This reminds me of what I like to experience with a nice Macon.
