Saturday, June 27, 2009 - great nose. the age really comes out. color is a deep, rich gold. honey and caramel notes. very powerful wine, maybe even a bit rough at first; certainly needs to be decanted for a while - then again, for 12 years in a bottle, that would be a fair point.
