Wednesday, April 27, 2016 - Nose is quite distinct, offering appealing notes of pepper and apple. Entering the mouth, the wine starts with a nice beginning. Minerality, fruits, nicely balanced. But then on mid-palate, there is a sudden break, feeling almost like falling into a whole, a bit watery. Finish again ok with cirtus notes in the foreground driven by a nice acidity.
