Thursday, November 23, 2023 - Nice 10 year old Chard. Rich texture but somewhat angular. Flavors and aromas somewhat reticent and took a good bit of aeration to evolve. Very mineral dense and lemon and lime zest fruited with green apple. Somewhat minty with a creamy cheese note on the nose. Powerful but balanced old-world style chard. Long lime driven finish. Intense and full of depth and character.
