Sunday, September 17, 2023 - Opened ~4 hrs before dinner, not decanted. Nice nose but w “hot” sausages on pasta, flavors were a little muted. My wife thought not was great but it didn’t seem to have the body to hold up to spice for me.
After dinner the flavors of black fruit, plum & blackberry, came through much more pleasantly.
