Sunday, December 25, 2022 - Decanted (5) days and consumed over two (2) weeks. Medium amber in color. Aromas of dark sultana, fig and burnt caramel bound from the glass and fill the room. Agile on the palate w/razor sharp acidity that rewards with exceedingly long finish. Intoxicating in a word. Should drink well for decades.
