Wednesday, May 11, 2016 - Burgundy 2012 at Flatiron (Flatiron, SF): Pale ruby in the glass.
Interesting vegetal nose - slight raw beet.
In the mouth, medium bodied, with moderate alcohol, high acid, and moderate tannins. Nice!
