Sunday, April 7, 2013 - Amazing what a difference from the previous bottle. That is what treating it well does! Removed from the cellar and stood upright in a cool cupboard for two weeks before drinking. Decanted 2 hours before. Rich mouth feel and great balance, good fruit but also some complexity and secondary flavours changing and enhancing a meal. Really very good and look forward to savouring future bottles rather than pop and pour cold like the previous. My bad!
