Thursday, December 26, 2013 - Christmas wine number 1 - decanted at 9am and first glass at 1pm - too long IMO and lost some of the subtle fruit flavours. Still, smooth and round with good balance but I think for this one an hour decant and drink over 2 is good. Still a fave.
