Sunday, June 15, 2014 - Good! Was never really fond of Chasse-Spleen, but 05 is good. Open the bottle well in advance, right now. Strong tannins, elegant fruit of cherry, acidity gives elegance. Still young, so no need to hurry opening this vintage's bottles.
