Saturday, April 11, 2015 - Gourmetklubbens tjugofemte middag hemma hos P+A (Tema: Franskt möter Kubanskt) (Södermalm): Light yellow color with amazingly fine and tiny bubbles. Nose is youthful showing yeast, mineral and citrus tones. Palate is youthfully acidic with a rather short finish showing mature yellow apples. Needs more cellaring to integrated and open up.
