Tuesday, December 14, 2021 - Purchased from retailer and stored in humidity, temperature controlled wine storage location.

Definitely not over the hill. Wonderful nose of spices, yeast, ripe green apple; a little lacking in depth on the palate but good complexity mirroring the nose, showing a hint of age, smooth acidity and fine bubbles. Finish is clean with good length.
