Sunday, January 10, 2016 - It is an inviting pale yellow wine that calls to one to 'taste me, taste me'. I did pick up tropical aromas, peach and pineapple with a crisp off-dry taste. The taste was delightful; some citrus and a noticeable texture which was cool and crisp. It is well balanced and has a long finish that kind of road off into the sunset. I had it straight out the refrigerator then to let it warm up to the suggested serving temperature in the glass enough to notice that it did indeed seem more complex. Being less cold allowed the crisp, fresh and fruity flavors to complement each other.
