Sunday, February 18, 2007 - Impeccably stored bottle. Nose and color looked to be of a twenty to thirty year old wine. Hard to believe this wine is over 60 - it appears to be a candidate to reach 100 in its prime. A very stong tannic background - bit dry and griping - yet matched by dark fruit. Earth and mineral rounded out the wine. Not over the top, nor did it have a 1minute+ finish, but to sip it and think of the conditions at harvest was a true treat. If you can find it, buy it and enjoy.
