Monday, May 1, 2023 - Tight - needs decanting. Upon opening some medicinal notes and overall savory impression. With some air it morphs into a more familiar Cayuse flavor profile. Iodine, Tar, Bramble, pretty clean with maybe a little horse's arse. Very good length and a lovely savory saline finish. Try again in 3 years.
