Friday, February 26, 2021 - Lovely cherry fruit, bright acidity, some minerality. A very nice, well-balanced wine. Pretty on opening but more to it after a couple of hours in the decanter. The combo of sweet fruit and acidity made it a good match for duck bigarade. The leftover was still bright after a couple of days in the fridge. Drink or hold. Based on a single visit, nice people too.
